We continually reinvest in our workforce and are particularly proud of our apprenticeship programme. Our apprentice Aaron Evans was crowned CITB Apprentice of the Year 2015 and NFDC Demolition Operative of the Year 2016 – and our very first demolition apprentice is now a qualified demolition CCDO Manager.

In recent years, we’ve been finalists in the Midlands’ Family Business Awards 2020 and Danny Scott, won Plant Operator of the year in the NFDC Demolition Awards 2020.

Melvyn Jnr. is a past Regional Chairman of the NFDC Midlands and Welsh Region and a member of the Institute of Demolition Engineers and is actively involved in the Industry.We have our own in-house specialist team which comprises of one Fellow of the IDE and two Full Members of the IDE, two being NEBOSH trained. Together with our further team members, this equates to over 150 years of experience with the demolition industry.

Our dedicated and professional team provide Health, Safety and environmentally friendly services with a watchful eye on developing high quality employment with localised procurement and investment whilst striving to lower the business’s carbon footprint.

We’re ISO9001; ISO14001; ISO45001 accredited through BSI and operate an Integrated Management System to ensure clarity and control of our adopted processes and procedures. We continually reinvest in our own specialist plant fleet including high reach and specialist recycling plant too.
