Thrilled to announce the completion of Botanic Place in Cambridge!

We are thrilled to announce the completion of the Botanic Place project in Cambridge! This project took nearly a year to finish and required many of our dedicated team members to work away from their families.

Their hard work and commitment have paid off, and we couldn’t be prouder of the results. The site is now tidy and ready for construction works to begin. Check out the stunning panoramic photo and aerial shots of the completed job, taken by TRD’s James Walters and Zak Tetley. 

In its place, a state-of-the-art, sustainable development will be built, focusing on eco-friendly practices and sustainable materials. The new development, adjacent to Cambridge Botanic Gardens, will feature a 500,000 sq ft workspace designed by architects AHMM. The vision is to create the most sustainable and intelligent workspace in Cambridge.

We’re also excited that the historic Flying Pig pub building has been preserved and will be transformed into a vibrant new music venue for the community.
