Our journey began with a commitment to preserving the unique character of Botanic Place while paving the way for its future. From the initial planning stages, we focused on minimising environmental impact and ensuring that every step of the process was aligned with sustainable practices. Throughout the project, we have successfully carried out a series of critical tasks. Most recently, we completed a reduced dig, which significantly lowered the amount of excavation required, thereby reducing our carbon footprint. Additionally, we have installed a piling mat, a crucial step that provides a stable foundation for the upcoming construction phases.

As we near the completion of our work and our time at Botanic Place comes to an end, we are proud of the progress made and the positive environmental impact achieved. Our efforts have not only prepared the site for its next chapter but have also set a benchmark for sustainable demolition practices.
