Demolition of Former Matalan in Leicester
We’re pleased to confirm that demolition works at the former Matalan store in Leicester city centre have now been successfully completed.
Located at the corner of Church Gate and Vaughan Way, this high-profile regeneration site will soon make way for over 200 new homes.
Our scope of works included:
– Careful hand removal of all non-licensed asbestos
– A full soft strip of the property
– Mechanical demolition down to slab only
– Responsible removal of all arisings and materials from site
