Erewash Borough Council has shared new footage of the ongoing demolition works at the former council offices on Mark Street, Sandiacre, and we’re delighted to be supporting the transformation of this site.
The building is being carefully demolished to make way for future employment opportunities, helping to revitalise the area and bring new life to a long-underused space. This project is part of Erewash Borough Council’s wider commitment to repurposing land, encouraging investment and creating room for local growth.
