Phase 1 of Our Northampton Petrol Station Demolition is Underway
Work is progressing well in Northampton as we take down the former petrol station and warehouse to the rear of the site.
The team is moving through asbestos removal, soft strip, full demolition and substructure breakout. Slabs, footings, foundations, drainage and underground tanks all coming up in sequence.
Brick and concrete are being crushed into 6F2 and stockpiled on site, while all other materials are being carefully segregated and sent to licensed recycling facilities.
