Residential Demolition: Small Works x O’Keeffe
Our Small Works Division completed a nice little job recently, working alongside O’Keeffe Building Services Ltd to take down a residential property. The gent in yellow is Russell O’Keeffe (Managing Director of O’Keeffe) who jumped in our Volvo and helped knock part of it down himself. They say teamwork makes the dream work!
We started with a full hand soft-strip, then moved onto mechanical demolition of all brick-built structures, including the garage. Once the shell was down, our rigs got to work on the slab, footings, hard standing, and vegetation.
All waste, brick and concrete was sorted and sent off to licensed recycling facilities.
