Specialist strip-out at Newark Industrial Estate
TRD’s Small Works Division recently completed a specialist strip-out at Newark Industrial Estate, clearing a redundant cold store, refrigeration units, concrete plinth, and Armco barrier from a 6,542 sq ft warehouse to prep the site for future use.
Our team worked efficiently to remove the 1,600 sq ft cold store provision and associated infrastructure, making way for flexible industrial occupancy.

– Breakout and disposal of concrete plinth
– Dismantling of Armco barrier
– Waste segregation and licensed disposal
