A special shoutout to Cloé Stevenson, who has shown remarkable growth and determination since joining our team in the back end of 2023.

Starting as a Training Coordinator, Cloé has continuously risen to new challenges and has progressed to Training and HR Coordinator, working towards her CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management. Cloé hopes to become TRD’s Training and HR Manager once she has completed her Diploma and gained the required experience to undertake the role. Her journey is a testament to the power of perseverance and the importance of supporting and developing our female employees.
