TRD Appointed for Luton Demolition – Clearing the Way for Regeneration

We’re proud to be delivering the demolition works on the former SKF factory site in Luton, a 16-acre plot that’s set to be transformed into a 350,000 sq ft industrial and logistics hub by developer Hillwood.

The existing buildings have been vacant since SKF relocated operations and were no longer fit for purpose, with significant elements of asbestos-containing materials requiring safe removal and disposal.

This is a major project in terms of both scale and complexity, and our team is now on-site carrying out a carefully managed demolition to prepare the ground for the next phase of development.
