Supporting our Employees with their Mental Health on World Suicide Prevention Day
Here at Total Reclaims Demolition, we strive to support our employees with their mental health as much as possible by regularly carrying out toolbox talks, training mental health first aiders, and providing them with all of the appropriate helpline numbers. We also work very closely with the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity because we believe mental health is equally as important as physical health.
