Welcoming the Next Generation of TRD Talent
We’re delighted to share that TRD’s Luka and Benji have officially started their Demolition Operative Apprenticeship with us.
This apprenticeship gives them hands on experience on site while working toward a nationally recognised qualification covering safe working practices, demolition techniques, equipment use, and the fundamentals of construction and the built environment. It’s a brilliant route into the trade and both lads have already shown the attitude and work ethic that make a real difference on site.
Investing in young talent is a huge part of building the future of our workforce, and we’re really pleased to support Luka and Benji as they develop their skills with the TRD team.
