Clearing the Way for a New Modern Training Facility at West Denton Fire Station
We have recently completed the first phase of a project at West Denton Fire Station to remove the existing fire training tower, making space for a brand-new, modern training facility.
Our Volvo high reach (a.k.a. “the beast”) handled the tower with ease, taking it down in a controlled sequence and down to slab level, with the surrounding area fully protected throughout to ensure a clean, efficient operation.
All materials were segregated by type and loaded into suitable containers for removal to a licensed recycling facility, keeping the site tidy and maintaining high environmental standards.
This was a brill project to be involved in, and we’re super excited to see the groundwork being laid for an improved training tower for the crews who’ll use it next.
