Work is progressing well at the former SKF factory site in Luton

Work is progressing well at the former SKF factory site in Luton, where we’re delivering demolition works on behalf of developer Hillwood.

This 16-acre site is being cleared to make way for a 350,000 sq ft industrial and logistics scheme, and the scale of the transformation is already taking shape.

With multiple buildings no longer fit for purpose and significant asbestos removal required, this is a complex and carefully managed project.
